1. Who these terms bind

2. The website
Pages on ladangspace.click describe the platform. They are not an offer to provide live incident command, and they are not a substitute for an agency's own duty procedures. Information may change as the product changes. The version date of these terms is 21 October 2026.
3. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, scan, or overload the site or the platform, do not harvest data from it in bulk, and do not use it to send unlawful content. Access to platform APIs requires written clearance. Probing those endpoints without clearance is a breach of these terms.
4. Accounts and the Ladangspace Key
Platform access issued to a person or a role is for that person or role. Credentials, including a Ladangspace Key where one has been issued, must not be shared across organisations. We may suspend access that is being shared or that shows signs of compromise. You are responsible for keeping field terminals patched to the release we support.
5. Service levels
Availability, support hours, and response targets for a live deployment are those written in the order for that deployment. Nothing on this marketing site creates a separate uptime warranty. Maintenance windows are notified to contracted customers through the contact on their order.
6. Decisions stay with the agency
The platform supplies information, suggested allocations, and a record of what was shown at the time. The officer in command makes the operational decision. Ladangspace is not liable for a delay or loss caused by satellite, radio, power, or other upstream networks that we do not operate, or for a decision taken on incomplete information that the agency chose to act on.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that the law of Scotland does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of the website is limited to £100. Liability arising out of a paid platform deployment is limited to the fees paid for that deployment in the 12 months before the claim, unless the order states a different cap.
8. Data
Personal data collected through the website is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Response logs for contracted UK deployments are stored in the United Kingdom unless the order says otherwise.
9. Priority during an incident
If a contracted customer declares an incident that the order defines as severe, we may prioritise traffic and support for life-safety channels over non-essential analytics for that customer. That priority does not let us shut down another customer's contracted service.
10. Fees and suspension
Fees, invoicing, and what remains available during a billing dispute are set in the order. If an invoice that is not genuinely disputed is unpaid for 90 days, we may suspend non-essential analytics. Primary response channels covered by an active safety commitment stay available for the period stated in that commitment.
11. Intellectual property
The site design, text, and platform software are owned by Ladangspace or its licensors. You may not copy them for a competing service. You keep ownership of the operational data you submit. You grant us the rights we need to host, back up, and display that data to the users you authorise.
12. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. The courts of Edinburgh have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you operate if we need to recover unpaid fees. Notices go to [email protected] and to 65 Nile Grove, Edinburgh EH10 4SN, UK.
